About this document;

  • You can :

    • Option One:

      • Downloading, Printing and Filling out by hand.

      1. Download & save it to your computer.

      2. Print it out and fill in by hand.

      3. Then scan it and re-save it to your computer.

      4. You can then, upload it to your file in the secure client portal on the T2 website.

    • Option Two:

      • Saves a lot of time.

      1. Download & save it to your computer.

      2. Transfer / save it to your Google Drive file system using either your G-Mail Account or your Google account.

      3. Once the doc is in your Drive you can double click to open it and then open again using the Dochub app that appears at the top.

      4. When you open the doc using the dochub app, you can then fill in the form, initial or sign and date as needed.

      5. Once that is done, you can save it back to your computer by using the download icon in the lower left menu.

      6. You can then, upload it to your file in the secure client portal on the T2 website.

Don’t have a G-Mail Account? You can always create a free Google Account instead. They’re both free and have more than enough storage to store your files and photos outside of your computer in case your computer crashes or you’re hacked and you’re files are held for ransom. Here’s some info to help you decide.
